ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. butter
2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. raw rice (not instant)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, drained

Brown beef in butter. Add onion and celery. Cook 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients. Bake 1 or 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Stir occasionally. Makes a large casserole.
