ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. diced onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
2 pkgs. Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup
3 3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. reg. raw rice
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento

Fry sausage, drain and crumble, reserving 3 tablespoons fat in which to saute celery, onion and green pepper. Add soup and rice to water. Boil about 7 minutes. Mix with first mixture. Add chestnuts and pimento. Add more water if needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake in a 2 quart casserole.
