IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, softened

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix apples and spices. Pour into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel topping until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
