ONION CHEESE STRATA 
8 slices bread (crusts trimmed)
2 c. sliced onions, in rings
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place flour slices of bread in 9 x 9 square pan. Top with half cheese and onions. Repeat. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Uncover and drizzle melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until firm.
