ZESTY HERB DRESSING 
3/4 c. white grape juice or apple juice
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
7 tsp. powdered pectin
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

In small saucepan, combine grape juice, vinegar, pectin, mustard and garlic; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Store in refrigerator. Serve cold. 1 cup.
