HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. hot milk

Cream eggs and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake springs bake when touched. Delicious with fresh fruit, milk, and sugar or may ice with favorite topping.
