INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI | |
1 box frozen chopped spinach 1 c. shredded Longhorn Colby or cheddar cheese 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 3 c. uncooked medium size shells 1 lb. ground beef or chuck 1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (any brand will do) Boil shells. Thaw and drain spinach. Brown ground meat. Remove excess grease. Add spaghetti sauce mix and warm through. In a large bowl mix together: shells, spinach, cheeses, oil and eggs. Pour a small amount of meat/sauce mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with spinach and shell mixture. Pour rest of sauce with meat over mixture. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. |
