INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. water
1 can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
7 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well-beaten eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil

In large skillet over medium heat, brown meat with onion and garlic. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain, reserving liquid. Add water to this liquid to make 1 cup. Stir this cup, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt and pepper into meat mixture. Simmer, on low heat, for 10 minutes.

In bowl, combine spinach, cooked macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and oil. Spread this in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.

I use half and freeze half before baking.
