BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 c. coarsely chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. buttery cracker crumbs

Combine broccoli and water in 2 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir well. Spoon soup mixture over broccoli. Cover with heavy plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 or 5 minutes. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Rotate dish and microwave on high 4 or 5 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
