POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed by hands
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
3/4 stick butter, melted

May substitute cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli; do not add water.

Boil chicken and dice combined cream soup, sour cream, and diced chicken. Spread in oblong greased baking dish.

Combine crushed crackers, poppy seed and melted butter. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

You may add frozen vegetables as cauliflower, broccoli, carrot mixture. Pre- cook and drain. Add to chicken mixture for a complete meal.
