CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter (room temperature)
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 tbsp. cocoa
1 can evaporated milk (2 c.)
2 uncooked pie shells

Cream butter, sugar and eggs with electric mixer. Add rest of ingredients and beat well. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Makes 2 pies.
