MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix, crushed with rolling pin
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Parboil in water, finish browning in pan, or your own favorite way.

SAUCE:

This is a huge recipe and easily cut down. 1 c. Tang (powdered) 64 oz. ketchup 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. white sugar 2 tsp. liquid smoke 2 tbsp. celery salt

Since this is a first time improvised recipe I kept adding sugar until the taste was right. (Above what it shows in the ingredients list.) My suggestion is to cut the Tang to 1/2 to 3/4 cup.
