CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. chicken (or chicken breasts)
1/2 - 1 full pkg. dried onion soup
1 c. dry rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. water
Salt, pepper & paprika
3 c. chicken broth

Boil the chicken 15 minutes. Save the broth. Sprinkle the onion soup in the bottom of 9"x13" pan. Put the dry rice over it. Heat and mix the soups and water. Pour this over the rice. Put the chicken on top. Pour 3 cups broth on top. Salt and pepper lightly. Put paprika on the chicken. Put in the oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
