FREIDA'S CHICKEN BREAST 
8 full chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 jar dried beef
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Paprika

Butter pan heavily. Place 1 slice of dried beef under each chicken breast. Top with heaping tablespoons of sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
