CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. chipped dried beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
Chicken breasts

Tear dried beef and line 13x9 pan with most of the beef. Lay chicken on top, bone side down. Cover with remaining beef.

Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream, 2 cans milk and pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Add more milk if needed during baking. Use sauce on rice or potatoes.
