COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring

GLAZE:

1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut, flaked

CAKE: Mix cake mix according to package directions. Add coconut and coconut flavoring. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan and bake as directed on the cake mix box. Cool 15 minutes, then punch holes with ice pick all over top of cake.
