BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices de-crusted bread
Meat (ham, sausage or bacon)
Cheese (Cheddar or American)
1 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
Onions, green pepper or mushrooms (optional)
7 eggs
3 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Put 6 slices of bread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased pan. Add a layer of meat and a layer of cheese. Put 6 more slices of bread over this.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard powder and onions, peppers or mushrooms. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 16. Heat mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk and use as sauce over servings.
