POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Poppy seeds (about 2 tbsp.)
Ritz crackers (1 roll)
1/2-1 stick butter

Pan fry chicken. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken (in 13 x 9 1/2 baking dish). Crush Ritz crackers. Dot chicken with butter; sprinkle with crackers. Sprinkle poppy seeds over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
