BARB'S FETTUCINI 
1/2 lb. hot cooked fettucini
2-4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onion
3/4 stick butter
2 c. heavy cream
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Cracked black pepper to taste

In pan boil noodles; drain. In skillet melt butter, add garlic, onion and mushrooms; saute. Stir in cream, cheese and egg yolks. Simmer, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Pour over hot fettucini. Toss to mix. Sprinkle with cracked pepper and more Parmesan if desired. Good served by adding cooked peeled shrimp and frozen peas thawed.
