LIVERWURST BALL 
8 oz. liverwurst
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced pimento
2 tbsp. minced scallions
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Lee & Perrin sauce

Soften liverwurst and cream cheese. Blend with remaining ingredients. Shape into a roll or two. Roll into 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese or minced parsley. Wrap and refrigerate over night.
