2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. finely chopped pimento 1 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle 1 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of cayenne pepper Dash of garlic salt or powder Let cream cheese soften (room temperature). Grate cheddar cheese and add along with other ingredients. Blend well. Form into a large ball or 2 smaller ones. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours then roll in ground pecans, paprika and dried parsley. |
