CHIPPED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
6 oz. smoked or chipped beef, finely diced
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated & softened
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish, minced
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Dash of white pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into 2 balls. Roll in chopped parsley, or grated pecans, or Corn Flake crumbs to coat. Chill.
