LOU - HAM AND CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, shredded
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (2 1/4 oz.) deviled ham
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Add cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard, paprika, salt, ham, parsley and pimento. Mix all - chill until firm. Shape into large ball or small logs. Roll in pecans (pushing firmly to embed pecans). Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. This also could be frozen up to 3 months.
