POTATO SOUP 
6 to 8 large potatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
celery and carrots, chopped to taste
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter

Cook the potatoes, onions, celery and carrots until tender. Heat the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and butter in the microwave. Beat until smooth. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot. Add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste.

This is a very creamy soup. Delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
