PLEASING POTATO SOUP 
4 or 5 med. potatoes
1 med. diced onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can canned milk

Peel and dice potatoes. Cover with enough water to cover potatoes. Dot with butter, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender. Do not drain liquid. Add diced onion, celery soup and canned (not condensed) milk. Bring to a boil and let cook for 5-10 minutes. Use cornstarch to thicken if desired.
