2 c. milk
1 sm. banana
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 (8 oz.) box Egg Beaters
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour in greased 9 inch pie plate. Let stand about 5 minutes. Then sprinkle with 1 cup coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
