RITA'S SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup 1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms 1 can water chestnuts 1 can French fried onions Cook spinach, drain well. Mix sour cream with dry onion soup. Saute fresh or canned mushrooms along with onion. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. About 5 minutes before serving, add canned French fried onions. |
