ROAST WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS 
3 lbs. chuck roast
3 to 4 potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix

Place roast in baking dish. Arrange potatoes and carrots around roast. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 25 to 35 minutes on High. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
