1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk with 2 tbsp. vinegar added

Put water, butter and cocoa in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to mix. Mix flour and sugar together in large mixing bowl. Slowly stir boiling mixture into flour and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Bake in greased loaf pan, in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes (325 degrees if using glass).
