SALMON PIE | |
2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (1 lb.) can salmon 1 pie crust (ready made or homemade) Combine eggs, milk, onion, parsley, butter and seasonings. Break salmon into chunks, add to mixture. Pour into a well greased 8 inch pie plate. Prepare pie crust and place on top after cutting into wedges. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. |
