PEPPER STEAK 
2 tbsp. fat
1 lb. round or flank steak
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 c. canned beef bouillon
3 tomatoes, quartered
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Melt fat in fry pan. Cut meat into 1 inch strips; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place meat, onion and garlic in fry pan, brown. Add peppers, bouillon; cover and cook 30 minutes. Add tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water, add to meat mix, cook 5 minutes.
