PICANTE SAUCE 
8 qt. ground tomatoes
1 lg. ground onion
4 cloves garlic
8 jalapeno peppers
1/3 c. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground oregano

Boil 20 minutes, put in jars and seal. May be processed in water bath 15 minutes if desired.
