CHEESE TOPPED MUFFINS | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 pkg. English muffins 4 strips bacon Brown bacon. Crumble and set aside. Saute vegetables in fat. Drain off fat. Add Velveeta cheese (grated or in chunks). Cook until cheese melts. Add crumbled bacon to vegetable cheese mixture. Spoon mixture onto toasted English muffins. Place under broiler until browned. |
