VEAL, LAMB OR CHICKEN PAPRIKAS 
1 1/2 kg veal or lamb, or 3 chickens, cut up
4 oz. fat
3 onions
1/2 oz. paprika
3 green peppers, sliced
3 tomatoes
14 fl. oz. sour cream
Salt and garlic

Heat the fat. Fry the finely chopped onions until golden brown, add the paprika and (if desired) a minute quantity of garlic. Dice the meat and stew these ingredients over high heat until the water has evaporated. Then add the sliced green peppers and tomatoes. Stew until the meat is tender. Stir a little flour into the sour cream, add it to the meat and bring to boil again. Serve with galuska or boiled potatoes.
