PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 small can milk
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix first 7 ingredients well and pour into cookie sheet, 10 x 15.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.

Mix butter, sugar and milk and cook 5 to 7 minutes. Add coconut, vanilla and pecans. Spread on top of cake.
