PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 medium-size can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients well and bake in prepared pan at 325°F for 30 minutes or until done in center.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
milk (just enough to turn icing to spreading consistency)
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix butter and sugar with fork. Add milk and stir in pecans. Spread on cake while hot.
