DOUBLE STUFFED POTATOES 
4 potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
10-12 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

B ake potatoes. Carefully scoop out potato leaving skin whole. In bowl combine potato, sour cream, bleu cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in about half of the crumbled bacon. Stuff into potato skins. Top with remaining bacon and sprinkle with paprika.
