DOUBLE STUFFED POTATOES | |
4-5 med. potatoes 8 oz. sour cream 1/4 stick butter 6 oz. med. Cheddar cheese Bake (microwave) potatoes until 3/4 done. Remove from oven, slice off 1/4 of potatoes, lengthwise. Scoop out insides into bowl. Mix sour cream, butter, 5 ounces of cheese and potatoes. Put mixture back into the potatoes and top with remaining cheese. Continue to cook until done and cheese is melted. |
