HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
2 or 3 med. carrots, sliced
1 can peas, well drained
2 med. onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of vegetables in the order given in crockpot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put ground beef on top of celery. Mix tomato soup and water and pour on top of beef. Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours. Spoon out and serve.
