TARTAR SAUCE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 shallots
2 sprigs parsley
6 slices hamburger
Dill pickles
1/2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Few shakes pepper sauce
Few shakes Lea & Perrin Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Put in covered container mayonnaise, chopped fine shallots, parsley, dill pickles. Add to mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, pepper sauce, Lea & Perrin sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well with spoon. Cover. Let marinate at least 2 hours. Will serve 6. If more is needed, double or triple the recipe.
