TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. Fritos, crushed
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Cook ground meat and add onion. Drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add bean mix and 1/3 cup taco sauce. Spoon 1/2 of bean mixture in bottom of pie shell. Top with 1 1/2 cups meat and 1/2 cheese and all of chips. Repeat layers, finish with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with bowls of chopped lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and chopped onion. Slice as pie.
