SIMPLY DELICIOUS SALAD 
1 (#2) can pineapple, crushed
1 pkg. strawberry sugar-free Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 pt. cottage cheese
1 box D-Zerta whipped topping
1 c. strawberries
6 packets Sweet 'N Low

Bring to a boil pineapple and Sweet 'N Low. Remove from heat and stir in Jello which has been dissolved in cold water. Stir in hot pineapple. Set aside to cool for 1 hour. Then stir in cottage cheese; mix well. Blend in the prepared whipped topping. Pour into container (so that you can cut into squares when set). Cool overnight.

Garnish with strawberries. Serve plain or on lettuce leaves.
