TUNA SOUFFLE 
1 c. grated cheese
6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
1 (8 oz.) can tuna, drained
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Place 3 slices of bread in buttered casserole dish. Add crumbled tuna, cheese, and remaining bread cubes. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over tuna. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until browned and bubbly.
