PEANUT BUTTER SECRETS
1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
Approximately 1 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let thawed bread dough rise slightly. Divide into 20 pieces. Flatten each piece and top with about 1 teaspoon butter. Bring dough around to cover peanut butter. Seal. Shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Cover. Let rise until double in size, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

For a dessert, you can add 3 or 4 semi-sweet chocolate pieces with the peanut butter.
