PINEAPPLE SALAD 
6 slices pineapple
2 c. marshmallows
1 c. almonds, blanched
1 c. whipped cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. pimentos, chopped

Cut pineapple in small cubes and remove juice. Cut marshmallows in fourths. Blanch almonds and cut in thin slices. Whip cream. Mix dry ingredients and add lightly to cream. Toss pineapple, marshmallows and nuts together and add cream dressing and pimentos. The mixture should not contain must pineapple juice.
