CHILI SAUCE 
30 good sized tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 red sweet pepper
2 red hot peppers
5 lg. size onions
1 bunch of pascal celery
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 level tbsp. salt
2 c. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar

Mix together; boil slowly 3 1/2 or 4 hours.
