MEXICAN QUICHE 
2 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese and 2 c. Cheddar, shredded and mixed
8 eggs, beaten (4 eggs over each pie)

Bake empty shells. Cook sausage and hamburger until brown. Add onions and taco seasoning mix (no water). Shut off heat and spread 1/2 cup beans in each baked shell, 1/2 chilies on each, 1 cup cheese on each, 1/2 meat on each, and 4 beaten eggs over each pie. Divide remaining cheese over pies. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
