3 med. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
Dash vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg

Place potatoes in casserole dish. Mix together ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover dish with water even with potatoes. Cook until forms candy-like syrup, about 1 hour cooking at 375 degrees.
