NUTTY YAM BAKE 
3 c. boiled, mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Sugar to taste (about 1/4 to 1/2 c.)

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and stir well. Pour into buttered dish.

For Topping: Mix the 5 ingredients and sprinkle on top of mashed sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
