HOLIDAY YAM BAKE 
1 can (40 oz.) yams, drained
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. chopped pecans
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Mash yams. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add juice to yams, along with sugar and butter. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Butter sides of baking dish. Spoon in mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 10 minutes longer.
